The common defining factor between a friendly interaction and a sexual one is usually physical touch. However, most men are afraid of being too physical with a woman which just shows her your lack of experience and selfassurance that you can dominate her physically. This is obviously less attractive to her compared to a guy who is confident in handling her both emotionally and physically.

You need to start getting physical or you will risk loosing the interaction.

Here’s a quick guideline of physical moves you can do:

But what if I feel uncomfortable doing it?

It’s completely fine and normal to feel uncomfortable or nervous. If you haven’t been a physical kind of guy throughout your life, it’s definitely going to take some time for you to get used to it. Start slow. A simple high five or a hug is plenty to begin with. Once you build enough confidence and courage to do more. Try some hand holding or carrying/lifting the girl up a bit. When you are ready go for the kiss or kiss her neck. Getting closer and closer to her.

It’s usually not going to take too long for you to get used to it. But it requires that you keep going out and meet women. It requires that you apply this day by day until you are comfortable with touching women.

Getting a girlfriend doesn’t not require you to spend money on a particular girl. Any girl who demands you pay for her expenses are heartless gold diggers.  Avoid them at all cost.

The best way to get a girlfriend is by consummating the relationship as quickly as possible and spend more time with that girl. It’s basically that simple.

If you fulfill a girl’s needs which consist of sex, emotional excitement and arousal then it’s only a question of time before she wants a committed relationship with you.

So let’s break it down.

You meet a girl in a social environment i.e. a bar, club or any event. You attract her and arouse her to the point she wants to have sex with you. You play it by the book and take her to a location where you can have sex i.e. consummate the relationship. You wake up with each other, you might even have sex again and then she leaves. The following weeks you continue to see each other and have sex. You enjoy each others company as well as getting to know one another better. You start to see each other more and more frequently. She comes over to do normal things with you like have dinner or watch a movie. As time goes by she hints at a relationship and you have to give her an answer.

This is the classic text book way of ending up in a committed relationship and getting a girlfriend.

As you can see the difference is that the guy is not coming from a needy place. He doesn’t NEED a girlfriend. It just happens from meeting a girl and being an attractive guy. He doesn’t try to get a girlfriend it just happens.

Now where most guys fail is that they mess up one part of the interaction.

Some examples could be:

• You gave her bad sex
• You were boring
• You were needy and reactive
• You were being an asshole
• You got played

These are elements you can work on so don’t lose all hope.

Realize that getting into a relationship is a natural process, when you are an attractive guy who has his shit together. The girl recognizes this and is attracted to you. The more time you spend with her and satisfying her needs. The quicker she will opt for a relationship should you want it.

Buying gifts and doing stuff out of your way is not the way to get a girlfriend. But it sure is the way to get people to take advantage of you.

Good places to find a potential girlfriend?

The obvious places would be clubs and bars. Don’t care about what people say about you can’t find a decent woman in a night club and such environments. I’ve met 100s of great women and it’s the only places where you can meet a large amount of women in one place. They are also more in a social mood and are likely more inclined to socialize with you.

However, it shouldn’t discourage you from seeking other venues.

Some of my favorite places to meet women actually occurs during daytime. You don’t need to go to bars and clubs to meet women at all. I personally like to go out and party with my friends, however you could just as well go down to your local mall and you’ll find plenty of women there.

Some places I favor are:

• Coffee Shops
• Parks
• Library
• Grocery stores
• Events / Concerts, festivals etc.
• The shopping district

The above places are great places to find a potential girlfriend. You just need to man up and actually go approach them. Women we’ll usually act shocked or surprised since most men don’t approach her during the day. This will already make you stand out compared to the 100s of guys she met this month.

If you do approach a woman during the day. Be genuine. Be certain of yourself. Don’t lie about asking about the time or asking for directions to places you already know. That’s fake and women can smell that from miles away. Instead be true to your intentions. Why are you there? Why are you talking to her? Because you are interested in her. Because you found her attractive.

But that doesn’t mean you should give it all away. She’s just a woman that piqued your interest. How can you truly like someone without knowing who they are and what they are about. So instead tell her you found her attractive in your own words. But then get to know her. Get her to tell you about her and see if she’s a girl you would want to date. Have some standards guys and don’t just take anything you get.

Usually when we ask such a question it’s not because we want to attract any women. It’s usually because there’s this one particular girl we wish to attract. That one special girl.

What you need to realize is that to be able to attract that one girl. You need to be able to attract all of them.

Most people think they need to do something to attract the woman. It’s not about the things you do. • Is there a way for an unattractive guy to seamlessly become an attractive guy?
• Do we hit the gym?
• Do we buy new fancy clothes?
• Do we buy the new fancy watch?

No, no and no.

If you get into that head space it still means you are actively doing something to get an intended results. You’re trying to buy stuff like fancy clothes to become attractive.

Fancy clothes = becoming attractive (WRONG)

So the next piece of the puzzle is the realization that because you are a man. Because you are born as a man. You are attractive. Yes it’s that simple. The simple reason that you are a man makes you attractive to women.

You don’t need fancy clothes or money to attract women. I’m however not saying it won’t help but are they really the kind of women you wish to attract anyways?

Realize by definition that you are a man and therefor you are attractive to women. You don’t need more than that and you can attract women if you act through that filter congruently.

Attraction = Value

Most people say attraction depends on the value you can offer a woman. This is still true, however what is considered value can interpreted in many ways and often the wrong ways, like the example above.

Basically if you can give a woman something she wants. Something she is dying to experience. Then you have value. Whether that being having an awesome lifestyle or great sex it’s pretty much all the same.

However in our current modern society. Most women don’t want money or security, cause they can go out and get it on their own. So what can men give women that they long for?

Men can give women the permission of being a woman.

You see most women in our current times are more masculine because their careers demand it.

And Men have become more feminine hearing stuff such as getting in touch with your feelings, skin care and so on.

So when a career minded woman gets back home. She’s with her feminine husband. All she wants to do is shred this masculine side of her and become a woman. But she finds it difficult to do so when she’s been all masculine the entire fday because of her job. Her husband doesn’t help since he’s just being emotionally reactive to her and being an utter bitch. She needs a strong and masculine man. A man that won’t put up with her shit and put her in her place. A man which allows her to be a feminine woman. That’s what women want and that’s what you can give her.

Getting Your Life Together and Become A Real Man

If you can trust that you are enough for women just by being a real man. Then you could quite literally just lie in the couch and watch TV all day right? WRONG.

Being a man entails a lot of things. One such thing is to take responsibility of your own life.

To become the man you are truly meant to be and the man that is hidden inside you.  A man that will allow women to be women. You need to step it up and reclaim control over your life.

Stop letting other people or society tell you what you need to do and what you should do. Ask yourself what you want out of life.

Do you want to travel around the world?

Do you want to be financially secure so you can enjoy life?

Do you want to be in peak physical condition and get that six pack?

Do you want to dominate in everything you do?

The only way you can achieve any of this is by taking action. Nothing has ever been achieved without exuding some sort of effort. No one is going to give it to you. You need to go and get it.

When a man attracts a women it’s not because he does something spectacular. It’s not because he says one or two magical lines.

It’s not because he’s good looking or have a nice suit on. Things like these might give him attention but it’s not the defining factor of getting her attracted to you. It merely presents itself as an opportunity for her to notice you.

A man attracts a women because his reality. In his reality he attracts her because he is certain. He doesn’t waver when people throw emotional bullshit at him. He doesn’t flinch. He’s grounded in his own reality.

He knows he can get her. He knows he can relax. He knows when he can pull the trigger. He know he can do it at anytime.

A man attracts the woman because he is the opposite of her. While women are emotional creatures and of the female polarity. They will become attracted to men who are certain and have their emotions in check while exuding the male polarity. This comes to effect when women tries to test the man.

The women test the man cause she wants to see if she can effect him emotionally. She wants to see if he eat her shit up and react to her. If a man does that he will seem weak and thus unattractive.

If a man remains calm in the heat of the onslaught. If he remains happy inside from his own choosing and the woman can see she can’t affect him, then she will become attracted.

So what should you as a man talk about? You can’t just remain calm and silent right?

Well the thing is you can talk about everything you want. Words truly does not matter. I choose to talk about things I’m currently interested in or like talking about. This could mean I can talk about South Park or vitamin pills. The words do not mean anything, it’s all about the emotional energy and vibe you give off to the woman.

These are the things you want to come off as when you are interacting with her. You don’t want to react to her, you want her to react to you and your reality.
