So let’s say you’ve had a really good interaction with a woman and you want to get her number. For some reason guys stress over this so much more than they need to. Getting the number is easy and it’s all about making a move. Nevertheless we provide you with a few simple steps of what you can do to get her number.

Planning a future meet!

This is always a good one to do. Preferably you should do this early in the interaction. Say you guys been talking and you find a common interest say you both support New York Knicks. This gives you a great chance to seed a future meet with her either by inviting her to the next game. Or maybe just inviting her over to your apartment to watch the game and grab a pizza. What you want to do is make it appear as a casual meet. Don’t term it as a “date” this would put too much unnecessary pressure on the meet up which would make the girl feel like canceling the date and not show up. Keep it casual and cool.

Let’s hang out

As mentioned above you want the meet up to appear casual. Don’t say “let’s go on a date” that’s big no no. Just say “Let’s hang out over xyz”. This is much more likely to get the girl to agree and actually want to show up.

Pimp up your meet

Try to pimp up the meet. Whether you are going on an adventure or simply watching a movie at your place. You should always pimp it up and oversell it. Make it sound like the most awesome thing in the world and that she has something to look forward to. This will make her excited so when you are not with her she will be thinking about the meet up and still be interested.

Text her don’t call her

We live in the world of texting and it would be silly to think otherwise. Nowadays women and men prefer texting since it’s easy and cheap. No one really calls anymore unless it’s urgent matters or your parents calling. Calling might also make the girl nervous for no reason. So avoid it unless you got some smooth skills on the phone. Stick to texting her, it’s a form of communication that every girl is comfortable with.

Don’t leave after you get the digits

Most guys leave after getting the girl’s phone number which is a mistake. You should stay in there. Getting the number doesn’t mean the interaction has ended unless she’s going somewhere and you are too. Stay in the interaction. The phone number could simply just be the start of something. In reality when a girl gives you the phone number, it means she likes you. However if you leave her and she won’t see you again, she’ll likely just forget who you are. Cement yourself by spending more time with her throughout the night (that is if you are in a bar or club environment).

Never take a phone number unless it’s your last option

You should never take a phone number unless it’s the last option you got. Phone numbers don’t always turn into anything especially when you get it from a club environment and the girl is drunk. You should really go for the kill during then settle with a number. Most guys are happy with numbers and end up realizing numbers are nothing when none of them respond. The number is your last option during an interaction, remember that.
